The Excelsior Fire District responded to 152 calls in July. Our busiest day was July 4th, when we responded to 18 calls—including 13 calls in just a 5-hour period.
During that busy stretch, crews responded to a house fire, multiple water-related incidents, and several other emergencies. Thank you to all our mutual aid partners, especially Victoria Fire Department for responding to calls in downtown Excelsior while our crews were committed elsewhere.
